Seven non-powered conveyor brush cleaners in three sizes, supplied in one shipment.

YIQI Conveyor has shipped seven non-powered rotary brush belt cleaners to Ghana. The shipment contains three sizes, all fitted with steel wire bristles.

The order details are as follows:

Steel Wire Brushes Instead of Nylon

The customer requested steel wire brushes for all seven cleaners.

Compared with nylon, steel wire provides a firmer brushing action. It can be useful for removing stubborn material from certain conveyor belt surfaces, although the brush type and contact pressure must be appropriate for the belt.

These units are non-powered, with no separate motor for the brush. Their working position and contact with the belt need to be adjusted during installation.

Three Sizes, One Shipment

The seven cleaners were ordered together and shipped to Ghana in one consignment.

Besides arranging the products, we handled the export documentation and shipping arrangements. The order included three different widths, but the brush material and non-powered design were the same throughout.

This was not a particularly large shipment. Still, it is a good example of the kind of conveyor spare parts orders we regularly handle: several sizes, modest quantities, and specific requirements for the materials used.

Conveyor Brush Cleaners from YIQI

We supply rotary brush cleaners with steel wire or nylon bristles, depending on the belt surface and cleaning requirements.

For a replacement cleaner, the belt width alone is not always enough. The existing mounting arrangement and available installation space also need to be considered.
