Cross-rigid belt is a type of conveyor belt designed with high transverse rigidity (or rigidity across the belt's width) to support heavy loads and sharp inclines, while remaining flexible in the longitudinal direction for pulley wrapping.
Cross-rigid belts are engineered with a base belt that bends efficiently in a longitudinal direction (the direction the belt travels) but is reinforced with fabrics or monofilaments to create high tension and rigidity across the belt's width (the transverse direction).
Applications
They are used in applications where conveyors need to handle heavy loads, take sharp turns, or have steep inclines, such as in mining, material handling, and other industrial settings.

Construction:
XE+2: is a multiply construction with cut edges based upon carcass of EP fabric and one monofilament ply on each side of the EP carcass integrated into the upper and lower cover.

- PVC water-proof cloth, Standard export packing, or as agreed.
- Package core is made of plastic/steel core
- Maximum 500m per roll for rubber EP conveyor belts
- One 20" container can load 5~8 rolls of conveyor belts
