Characteristics
Corrugated sidewall belt consist of a base belt, corrugated sidewallss and cleats. Sidewalls and cleats are hot vulcanized to the base belt to guarantee adhension and durability.
It is the most efficient and reliable system for steep angle or vertical conveying bulk materials.
1. Base belt
Four parts: Top cover rubber, Bottom cover rubber, belt core and cross-rigid ply.
The thickness of top cover rubber is generally 4.5-8mm; the thickness of the bottom cover rubber is generally 1.5-4.5mm.
The belt fabric material can be cotton (CC), nylon canvas (NN), polyester (EP) or steel cord (ST).
In order to increase the transverse rigidity of the base belt, a special reinforcement ply in the base belt, called the cross-rigid ply.
The width specification of the base belt is the same as that of ordinary belt, and meets the standard requirements of GB7984-87.
2. Cleat
Cleat types: T, TS,C, TC and TCS
The cleat is made of enforced fabric, solid, anti-shock to avoid distortion.
"TS and TCS" cleat are normally used for abrasion condition.
"T and TS" cleat are normally used up to 40℃.
"TC and TCS" cleat are normally used from 40° to 90°.
3. Sidewall
The sidewall belt can be divided into light duty (N), medium duty (S) and heavy duty (ES) according to the carrying capacity.

Features
