Return Idler

The Return Idler is an essential component in belt conveyor systems, responsible for supporting the return side (lower run) of the conveyor belt. Vee Return Idler (V Type Return Idler):

Uses two angled rollers to help keep the belt centered on long or lightly-loaded return runs. An effective, simple way to improve alignment and reduce edge wear over distance.

Self-Aligning Return Idler:

Automatically corrects misaligned belts using a pivot mechanism.

Reduces maintenance and downtime.
