Types of Carry Idler

Trough Carry Idler (3-Roller)

The most common type, with a center horizontal roller and two angled side rollers (typically 20°–45°) forming a trough to cradle bulk materials.

V-Type Carry Idler (2-Roller)

Consists of two rollers in a V-shape, ideal for lighter materials or transitional conveyor zones.

Flat Carry Idler (1-Roller)

A single horizontal roller, used for flat belt applications or for conveying packaged goods.
