What Makes Ceramic Impact Bars Different?
Each YIQI ceramic impact bar is constructed with a resilient rubber base and a thick ceramic wear surface, designed for use with abrasive bulk materials such as ore, sinter, basalt, or clinker.
Optimized Three-Layer Design:
Top Layer: Dense alumina ceramic tiles (20×20mm) hot-vulcanized into the rubber base to ensure strong bonding and smooth belt contact.
Middle Layer: Elastic rubber with excellent shock absorption and energy dispersion.
Bottom Layer: Reinforced aluminum or steel insert for firm and quick mounting.
This design combines the best of both worlds - the elasticity of rubber for impact absorption and the hardness of ceramics for wear resistance.
