The Project Overview: Demanding Conditions, Custom Needs
Located in the coastal desert environment of Dubai, the Hassyan power plant required robust and efficient conveyor components to handle bulk coal under continuous operation and high heat. The client needed to minimize system downtime while optimizing safety and maintenance efficiency.

Our Conveyor Spare Parts Solution
1. Skirt Rubber
Over 1000 meters of skirt rubber were delivered. The 10mm thick rubber with 150mm height was selected to prevent fine coal spillage and reduce material loss in transfer points.
2. Rubber Impact Bars
YIQI's impact beds with rubber support bars and UHMWPE sliding tops were installed in loading zones. These helped absorb the impact of bulk coal and supported the belt evenly to reduce damage and sagging.
3. Replacement PU blades
Our cleaners with PU blades and spring tensioners ensured thorough cleaning of the coal belt, reducing carryback and ensuring smooth operation.
