The YIQI Rubber Disc Return Roller is designed specifically to meet these challenges. It uses a series of rubber discs mounted on a shaft to provide self-cleaning action, minimise build-up, safeguard bearings and extend the maintenance interval for your return path system.
Unlike standard smooth rollers or even simple groove rollers, the disc-type return roller offers a more aggressive shedding surface that prevents sticky fines from accumulating. It is ideal for conveyors handling cement dust, coal fines, clay-rich materials, moist or humid environments, and recycling applications where fines and condensate present a maintenance headache.
