What Makes Ceramic Lagging Unique
Ceramic lagging improves belt traction and reduces slippage on drive pulleys.
Embedded alumina ceramic tiles provide higher friction, better torque transmission, and improved tracking.
This reduces wear on both the belt and the pulley shell while extending service life.

CN-Bonding Layer: The Key Advantage
Different projects need different installation methods. We provide two CN bonding options:
• Premium CN Layer – No grinding or cleaning required; ready-to-use surface with the strongest bonding performance; ideal when speed and convenience matter.
• Standard CN Layer – Requires surface grinding before installation; a cost-effective option that still delivers strong adhesion after proper preparation.
Both options ensure excellent rubber-to-metal adhesion and long-term reliability under high torque and heavy-duty working conditions.
