Rollers are important parts of the belt conveyor with various type and large quantity. Rollers are used to support the belt, reduce the belt running resistance and make the belt verticality not exceed the certain limit to ensure the belt running stably. Rollers are classified as steel roller, impact roller, UHMWPE roller and HPDE roller according to its material class.
Steel conveyor roller is the most widely used components with largest quantity in conveyor industry. With mature processing procedure, lower cost, reliable and durable, widely used in construction materials, metallurgy, mining, light industry, electric power , grain and other industries of bulk materials transport.
