Dominican Republic Repeat Order Successfully Completed with Full 40'HC Container Shipment
Last Saturday, YIQI Conveyor successfully completed container loading for a repeat order from a long-term customer in the Dominican Republic, marking another confirmed step in a stable and ongoing cooperation.
The shipment was loaded into one 40-foot high-cube container (40'HC) and includes 2,260 steel conveyor rollers, 700 conveyor roller frames(carry idler brackets) 26 discharge pulleys (wing pulleys), and 26 drive pulleys. All items were manufactured, inspected, packed, and loaded according to export standards and the customer's established technical requirements.
This repeat order reflects consistent on-site performance of previous deliveries, as well as the customer's confidence in YIQI Conveyor's production control, delivery reliability, and project execution capability.
Project Background: Long-Term Cooperation with a Dominican Republic Client
The customer is a long-term partner of YIQI Conveyor in the Dominican Republic, serving bulk material handling systems used in industries such as quarrying, cement processing, and infrastructure-related material transport.
Unlike trial or sample orders, this project represents a planned replenishment order, with confirmed specifications, stable quantities, and clear delivery expectations based on previous operating experience. All components supplied in this shipment were designed to directly match the customer's existing conveyor systems, allowing for efficient installation and replacement on site.
Steel Conveyor Rollers: High-Volume Supply with Stable Performance
The majority of the shipment consisted of 2,260 steel conveyor rollers, produced for continuous operation under typical bulk material handling conditions.
Key production considerations for this batch included:
- Dimensional consistency across large quantities
- Stable bearing performance under long operating hours
- Smooth rotation to reduce belt wear and energy loss
- Sealed bearing units suitable for dusty environments
Each production batch underwent routine inspections covering shaft alignment, bearing seating, and rotational resistance, ensuring that rollers installed across long conveyor lines perform consistently.
Conveyor Carry idler Frames: Structural Support and Installation Compatibility
The order also included 700 conveyor carry idler brackets, supplied as matching support components for the roller assemblies.
These frames were manufactured to provide:
- Accurate roller positioning
- Structural stability under belt load
- Compatibility with standard conveyor stringer structures
Welding quality and dimensional accuracy were controlled throughout fabrication to ensure reliable field installation. Protective surface treatment was applied to meet export and storage requirements.
Drive Pulleys and Wing Pulleys
In addition to rollers and frames, the shipment included 52 conveyor pulleys, consisting of 26 drive pulleys and 26 discharge pulleys (wing pulleys).
These discharge pulleys (wing pulleys) are part of YIQI Conveyor's long-term custom supply capability for bulk material handling systems, previously demonstrated in our custom wing pulleys and drive pulleys project for the same Dominican Republic customer.
Drive Pulleys
Drive pulleys are responsible for transmitting power from the drive unit to the conveyor belt. For this order, the pulleys were produced with controlled shell geometry, reinforced hubs, and accurately machined shafts to support stable torque transmission during operation.
Wing Pulleys
Wing pulleys play an important role in material discharge and belt tracking. Their open-wing structure helps reduce material buildup on the pulley surface, supporting cleaner belt operation in bulk material applications.
All pulleys were inspected for dimensional accuracy and balance before packing.
Export Packing and 40'HC Container Loading
Due to the mixed product types and high total quantity, packing and container loading were carefully planned to ensure both transport safety and space efficiency.
Packing measures included:
- Bundled and palletized rollers for stable stacking
- Grouped idler brackets to prevent deformation
- Reinforced steel frame supports for pulleys to protect shafts and shells
- Moisture and corrosion protection for overseas transport
The entire order was successfully loaded into one 40'HC container, with balanced weight distribution and secure fixing. Container loading was completed last Saturday under supervision, following a predefined loading plan.
